The Ohanian Company is an engineering contracting firm, dedicated to providing heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment and services, offering mechanical engineering studies, execution, trading & maintenance.
It was established in 1960 and has continued since to develop as one of the leading air conditioning companies in Lebanon. The Ohanian Company in now looking to the future with great confidence, thanks to the highly qualified Engineers, Technicians, Foremen & Servicemen on the staff, which consists of 45 employees. The high standard of the company has earned an outstanding reputation.

Structure: The Ohanian Company has two types of activities in the Lebanese market. Trading & Contracting:
The Trading Division: Is responsible for the marketing of products throughout Lebanon and Syria and the coordination with various sub-agents; it is comprised of the Sales Department and the Market & Planning Department.

The Contracting Division: Is responsible for the studying, pricing, purchasing, execution and after sales servicing, and it includes: The Study & Design Department and the after Sales Servicing Department. Both Divisions are under the same direct supervision of the Administration which includes the Management Department and the Accounting Department.
To coordinate between these divisions and departments the company established a strong, sound and updated communication system, using effective networks and transport facilities.

History
1960-1975 the Ohanian Company was the Exclusive Agent for well known leading air conditioning companies from the U.S.A marketing central and window type air conditioning units; also air cooled water chillers, we develop a large volume of sales in the Lebanese market.
The major projects executed were for Banks, Hotels, Touristic Resorts and Hospitals all over Lebanon.
1975-1981 During the civil war, in spite of difficult conditions, the company maintained its service and operation and remained active as conditions allowed, thus maintaining its leadership in the Lebanese market, until the civil war ended.

1981 to date: the Ohanian company pursued its boal of keeping up with state-of-the-art development in the field increasing its market share significantly, covering the fields of residential, light commercial and telecommunication applications; the company provides a complete range of:
DX Split & package units:
- 3/4 Ton to 20 Ton - Cooling only & Heat Pump.
- Air cooled water chillers ranging from 10 Ton to 400 Ton cooling only & Heat Pump, as well as Close Control Units.
- FCU ranging from 200 CFM up to 1200 CFM (Hydronic & DX)
- AHU ranging from 800 CFM to 10,000 CFM (Hydronic)
- V.R.V - Variable Refrigerant Volume, is newly added to the wide product range to meet the evolution of the new era.

In the post war reconstruction boom, the company's main application are:
- Health care facilities, Touristic Resorts, Hospitals, Banks, Residential Towers, Hotels and Industrial Premises, all over Lebanon.
